Delivery Information
Regardless of the number of the items you order, Bono.com.au provides a simple, flat-rate standard delivery fee of $8.95 per address ($14.95 for express delivery) to anywhere in Australia through our delivery partners, Australia Post or Fastway Courier. During delivery, a tracking number will be provided for you to trace your orders. Also, all parcels will be fully insured.

Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 24 hours of your payment being approved. By standard delivery, it takes 2-4 working days in Australia. But it may take up to 7 working days to remote and regional areas. Express delivery is available for immediate shipment in 3 to 4 working days.

We currently only deliver within Australia and New Zealand. There is $5 surcharge applies to the orders from the customers in New Zealand. Please select NZ shipping methods at checkout.

Please note that the above delivery times are indicative as delays may occur due to factors outside Bono.com.au’s control. If we are made aware of any delays, we will endeavor to advise you immediately.

Use a Promotion Code
When you reach the shopping cart page, there is a box for customers to enter their promotion code. You'll need to enter the promotion code to receive the discount or special offer on your order.
