Return Policy


Bono.com.au guarantees its merchandise and your satisfaction.


Bono.com.au guarantees its merchandise and your satisfaction. Purchases may be exchanged or returned at any time within 30 days from the date of purchase. The merchandise must be unused and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.


With a receipt, full merchandise refunds will be issued by original payment method. Without a receipt, refunds will only be issued at current sale price.


NOTE: The merchandises are not considered "unused" if they:
(1) Have been laundered, dry cleaned or washed in any manner.
(2) Have been embroidered, screen printed, or tailored in any manner from their brand new states.
(3) Have been worn beyond trying them on to check for a proper fit.
(4) Have been caused stain damage such as those caused by sweat, spilled liquids, ink, crayons, glue or anything else that can cause staining.


We ask that when trying on any of our Shoes, please do so on a carpeted surface to avoid any scuffing to the soles.


For your return or exchange, please complete the "Returns or Exchange" form on the back of your invoice and send to the address indicated on your packing slip. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable. Please allow 5 working days for the return to be processed once we receive it.


The return or exchange shipping will be at your cost unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order. We ask to be notified within 14 calendar days from the date of merchandise being dispatched from our warehouse of any damage or faults. After this period, no claim will be accepted.


We recommend registering and taking transit insurance on your return postage to us as items in transit are your responsibility until received back to our warehouse. For high value returns, we recommend you obtain appropriate insurance cover.
