Our Web Pages Involved in Placing an Order
 
Product Page
On the Product page you will choose the color, size, and quantity of the product. Once you've made your selections, click ADD TO CART to add the product to your shopping cart. You will stay on the product page, but with a note that your selection has been added to your bag. You may then view the suggested items listed at the bottom of the page, or browse through the site using the navigation on the left and top of the page. If you're ready to complete your order, click CHECKOUT at the bottom of the page or VIEW CART at the top of every page.
 
Shopping Cart
All the items that you have selected will be in your shopping bag. In the shopping bag, you will be able to modify your selection, or delete items from your cart, and update your shopping cart. You will be also able to enter a promotion code, if applicable.
 
Billing & Shipping
On the Billing & Shipping page you will be asked to change your billing & shipping information and choose a shipping method. As a logged-in registered member, your saved billing & shipping profile will be displayed. You will be able to make changes to your billing address here if needed. You may optionally choose to add a complimentary gift box and gift message to your order.
 
Review & Payment
On the Review & Payment page, you will be asked to verify that the items in your order are correct, and that the shipping and billing information is correct. You may go back in the checkout process to make corrections or changes to your order.
 
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. You can also use BPAY* and Direct Deposit* payments (*for the customers shopping in Australian only). Once your payment method is selected, click CONTINUE to send us your order or GO BACK to make changes.
 
Confirmation
This page will summarize all of your order information and provide your order number. We suggest that you print this page for your reference. You will also receive an order confirmation email. Please check to make sure that the information is correct. When your order ships, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email.

Customized Shirts
Create your perfect shirt by customizing our famous shirts to your exact preference. Choose your favorite fabrics, fit, collars, cuts and options. In 4 simple steps, you will have designed a shirt just for you. Please note that delivery of "select" special order dress shirts take approximately three to four weeks.
 
You may order suits, sport coats, blazers, pants, and dress shirts to be crafted from hundreds of the world's finest fabrics with a selection of styling details, providing the opportunity to personalize your wardrobe.
 
Corporate Apparel
Requests for Bono Brothers corporate apparel, uniforms, or other promotional products may be made through our Corporate Incentive Services team.
 
Canceling An Order
Because our automated system processes your order almost immediately after you click the "Process Order" button in Checkout, it’s not always easy to cancel your order before it’s fulfilled. However, you may email the order desk, help@bono.com.au, with your order number included, we will do our best to locate and cancel your order. In the event the order has already shipped, please fulfill and attach the enclosed return form in the package and return it for a refund.
 
Gift Boxes
Our signature blue boxes are complimentary when you select the GIFT option on the product page or in your shopping bag.

By subscribing to receive Bono Brothers emails you will be the first to know about our latest collections, private sales, and special events.
 
How To Subscribe
To subscribe, simply choose JOIN US at the bottom right of every page and enter your email address in the box and click CLICK TO SUBSCRIBE, or click EMAIL UPDATES box at the bottom of the Registration page.
 
How To Change Your Subscription
There is a link at the end of every email that will allow you to change your profile or unsubscribe.
 
When Order Is Not Going Through
To ensure the security of your details, we use an Address Verification Service. Sometimes a purchase can be declined due to a slight variance between the Credit Card Billing Address and the Address details registered in Your Account. It's worth checking that house number/name, postcode etc. all match.
 
Order Status
It's easy to check your order status by logging in to your account, click ORDER HISTORY. You can view the status of the past orders and also your entire shopping history.
 
When Is My Credit Card Charged?
Good news! When you use a credit card, it isn't charged until your order ships successfully. So you never pay for anything that isn't already on its way to you.
 
Do You Accept Coupons Online?
Yes, we do. In order to use a Bono.com.au-endorsed coupon online, you must enter the coupon code during the checkout process. Some restrictions may apply.
 
Incorrect Shipment (received someone else's order, extra items or missing items)
We apologize for any error made in the processing of your order and for any inconvenience it may have caused. If you received someone else's order, extra items or missing items please contact us with detailed information of your order number and the items you received.
 
Shipment To New Zealand
We cover the import duties and GST payable on import to New Zealand, there is nothing further that you need to pay for your merchandizes ordered from Bono.com.au. Your orders will be delivered to your door without any additional charges.
 
Orders Damaged In Transit
For your protection, all shipments are covered by transit insurance. If your order is damaged please contact us at help@bono.com.au with your order number and advise us of the nature and extent of the damage. It is important that you take digital photos of the carton and also the damaged items as evidence.
 
We apologize for any error made in the transit and the inconvenience may have caused to you. As soon as we received the damaged items back with the photos, we will replace the damaged items at our cost.
 
Direct Deposit Payment
Without any additional cost, you can either transfer funds through your online banking facility, or visit any National Australia Bank branch to pay directly into our account. You will find our bank account details on your invoices.
 
Is GST Included In Your Prices?
Yes, all our prices are GST included to customers ordering from Australia.
 
What If No One At Home To Sign For The Delivery?
For your protection, all orders are sent as registered and insured, a signature is required upon delivery. If there is no one at home to sign for the delivery, normally a Card will be left in your mailbox advising you of either go to post office to collect your parcel, or in the case of a courier delivery, a contact number to re-arrange the delivery.
 
Check By The Tracking Number
We will email you the tracking number once your order is dispatched through Australia Post eParcel or one of our courier companies, you can track your order on their website http://www.eparcel.com.au or http://www.aae.com.au for Australian Air Express (AAE).
 
Do You Ship Internationally?
Sorry, we only ship to Australia and New Zealand at this point.
 
You Can Purchase Fom Outside Of Australia/New Zealand
As long as the delivery address is in Australia or New Zealand, you can purchase anywhere in the world. But please make sure to use the Australian or New Zealand Mailing address as your Billing address and Shipping address. Otherwise our Website will not accept your purchase.
 
What Is RRP?
RRP is an abbreviation for Recommended Retail Price, the price level that a supply company recommends their retailer to sell the items at.

My Tax Invoice
Once your payment has been confirmed, the Tax Invoice will be sent to your billing email address. You may also get a copy of the Tax Invoice from MY ACCOUNT after sign in.
 
Do You Deliver To Anywhere In Australia?
Yes, we deliver Australia wide including residential, business or PO Box addresses. But if the customer lives in an area that is generally considered difficult to access or is poorly serviced by Australia Post and/or couriers then we may not be able to deliver to you, especially when your items are very bulky. In these cases we will offer you a full refund.
